international benefits network.
I foster engagement through an appreciation of stakeholders’ wider priorities and acting as a ‘positive challenger’ to develop easy to understand solutions to complex issues and provide innovative ideas and suggestions based on direct experience and specific examples and acknowledged industry best
practice.
I seek to simplify and dispel myths around true benefits realisation and tailor my approach on an organisational level aligning and enhancing all aspects of governance and reporting requirements. I strive for early identification of management expectations and the cultural challenges and nuances to navigate change.

Digital Midwife
I’m an experienced healthcare professional with over 20 years of service within the NHS. My career began as a Paramedic, where I gained extensive experience in emergency care and developed a deep commitment to safety, teamwork, and compassionate patient support.
For the past five years, I’ve worked as a Midwife, providing safe and holistic care to women and their babies throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. My background in both emergency and maternity care has given me a unique perspective on safety, communication, and the importance of safe patient-centred care.

Digital Marketing Coordinator
Niamh recently joined our team to gain experience in digital marketing and assist in developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
